Estate Planning Services
We understand how important the role of Estate Planning is in the protection of wealth and assets, therefore Aquim will ensure that you have your Wills, Power of Attorney; and Enduring Guardianship documents drafted effectively to maximise the protection of your assets.
Estate Administration
Aquim will alleviate the stress and pressure associated throughout all stages of Estate Administration.
We provide Estate Management Services including; Obtaining probate, Liaising with beneficiaries, Liquidating assets, Determining super entitlements, Preserving the trust and it’s property; and Distribution of Trust property to beneficiaries.
Trust Management
We will preserve and manage Trust assets with utmost care and diligence. Aquim will invest Trust funds, in accordance with the Trust objectives, through engagement with qualified professionals (see Our Connections) to ensure that the worth of your Trust assets grow sensibly, to provide the best outcome for the beneficiaries.
